All products displayed on ecoboxhair.co.nz have been included in good faith on the basis that the products as described will be available at the time of sale.
If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, you will be notified this by email, and advised of the expected shipment date. Your order will be fulfilled by Ecobox Hair Design Limited once new product stock is received.

Ecobox Hair Design Limited uses the services of New Zealand Post to deliver products to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched by Ecobox Hair Design Limited.
The amount of handling and delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the delivery option you select at the time of ordering products, and will be charged to you in full at the time your order is placed.
Risk in the products will pass to you upon dispatch. Title to the products will pass to you once your payment has been cleared and received by Ecobox Hair Design Limited.
Certain products sold by Ecobox Hair Design Limited require special handling, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These requirements affect the manner of delivery of these particular products. Ecobox Hair Design Limited is unable to ship goods classified as dangerous goods to addresses outside of New Zealand.
If your item has arrived damaged, faulty, is incorrect or missing please contact Ecobox Hair Design Limited within 7 days by emailing emma@ecoboxhair.co.nz with supporting photographic evidence. We will do our best to send a replacement or lodge a claim with the courier.
Please do not throw the item away as we may require the product to be returned.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited will accept returns for faulty or defective items within a reasonable time frame as long as the fault or defect is reported as soon as it occurs.

In the event that you elect to cancel your order, Ecobox Hair Design Limited will refund to you the price you have paid. In no circumstance can you cancel your order once products have been dispatched to you.
