Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Ecobox Hair Design Limited provides ecoboxhair.co.nz and all of its functionality to you subject to the following terms and conditions, Ecobox Hair Design Limited’s Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions and policies issued by Ecobox Hair Design Limited which may be placed on ecoboxhair.co.nz from time to time. All of these materials are deemed to be a part of, and incorporated into, these terms and conditions.
By accessing or using ecoboxhair.co.nz (including placing an order for the purchase of products through ecoboxhair.co.nz), you are undertaking and acknowledging to Ecobox Hair Design Limited that you have read and understood these materials, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Purchases
Ecobox Hair Design Limited attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing its products on ecoboxhair.co.nz; however, Ecobox Hair Design Limited does not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or any other aspect of the content available on ecoboxhair.co.nz is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for products available for purchase from Ecobox Hair Design Limited that are placed through this Site.
Prices and Payments
All product prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars, and unless otherwise expressly indicated, include GST but exclude handling and delivery charges. Handling and delivery charges will be calculated once you have selected your preferred delivery options and will be displayed on-screen for you at the checkout, just before you are asked to confirm and submit your order.
You agree to pay all GST, handling and delivery charges in respect of any products you order.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price payable by you for a product will be the price applicable on the date you submit your order.
The price payable for orders, including all GST, handling and delivery charges will be charged in full at the time an order is placed. Payment must be cleared before products will be dispatched by Ecobox Hair Design Limited for delivery.
You must pay for products using a payment method accepted at time of checkout on ecoboxhair.co.nz.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited uses the online payment gateway systems operated by Stripe and Afterpay to facilitate the making of payments through ecoboxhair.co.nz.
Product Availability
All products displayed on ecoboxhair.co.nz have been included in good faith on the basis that the products as described will be available at the time of sale.
If a product is not in stock at the time of your order, you will be notified this by email, and advised of the expected shipment date. Your order will be fulfilled by Ecobox Hair Design Limited once new product stock is received.
Orders
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order for products with Ecobox Hair Design Limited. By submitting an order, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old.
The information available on ecoboxhair.co.nz constitutes an invitation to treat, and does not constitute an offer by Ecobox Hair Design Limited to sell any products to you. By submitting an order for products and making payment of the price through ecoboxhair.co.nz, you are making an offer to Ecobox Hair Design Limited to purchase the products selected for the price paid, on these terms and conditions to the exclusion of all others. A contract between you and Ecobox Hair Design Limited, for the supply by Ecobox Hair Design Limited, and the purchase by you, of the products selected in your order will come into effect only once your order has been accepted by Ecobox Hair Design Limited.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept orders, or to cancel orders once accepted, in its sole discretion. Ecobox Hair Design Limited will notify you if any order you place is cancelled or rejected.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited will not accept responsibility for late delivery, or non-delivery, due to incomplete or incorrect details being provided.
Delivery
Ecobox Hair Design Limited uses the services of New Zealand Post to deliver products to you and accordingly, accepts no responsibility for late delivery, or your failure to receive products which have been dispatched by Ecobox Hair Design Limited.
The amount of handling and delivery charges payable by you will depend upon the delivery option you select at the time of ordering products, and will be charged to you in full at the time your order is placed.
Risk in the products will pass to you upon dispatch. Title to the products will pass to you once your payment has been cleared and received by Ecobox Hair Design Limited.
Certain products sold by Ecobox Hair Design Limited require special handling, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These requirements affect the manner of delivery of these particular products. Ecobox Hair Design Limited is unable to ship goods classified as dangerous goods to addresses outside of New Zealand.
Returns and Cancellation of Orders
If your item has arrived damaged, faulty, is incorrect or missing please contact Ecobox Hair Design Limited within 7 days by emailing emma@ecoboxhair.co.nz with supporting photographic evidence. We will do our best to send a replacement or lodge a claim with the courier.
Please do not throw the item away as we may require the product to be returned.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited will accept returns for faulty or defective items within a reasonable time frame as long as the fault or defect is reported as soon as it occurs.
You cannot claim if:
- You used the product in a way it it not designed for.
- You broke or lost the product.
- You modified the product, and this is what caused the defect.
- You changed your mind
To return products, please send your parcel to Ecobox Hair Design Limited, 22 Hammond Place, 8024 Christchurch, New Zealand.
Once placed and accepted by Ecobox Hair Design Limited, orders may cancelled by you at any time prior to the dispatch of products to you by Ecobox Hair Design Limited. To cancel your order, please contact Ecobox Hair Design Limited by emailing emma@ecoboxhair.co.nz. In the event that you elect to cancel your order, Ecobox Hair Design Limited will refund to you the price you have paid. In no circumstance can you cancel your order once products have been dispatched to you.
General
You acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and Ecobox Hair Design Limited concerning any purchase of products which you make via ecoboxhair.co.nz.
Ecobox Hair Design Limited may from time to time, in its sole discretion, change these terms and conditions by posting the changes on ecoboxhair.co.nz. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to ecoboxhair.co.nz, or at such future time as may be indicated in the posting. Your continued use of ecoboxhair.co.nz after a change has been posted to ecoboxhair.co.nz constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
